Job summary

Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles is seeking a Travel Manager, Client Services & Program Support to lead high-touch travel projects and optimize travel operations. You will support VIP itineraries, coordinate meetings/travel for events, and maintain strong partnerships with travel vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in travel, VIP travel experience, and solid knowledge of booking platforms. Competitive salary with benefits and discretionary bonus in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

5-7 years of travel industry experience, preferably within entertainment, executive/VIP travel, or high-touch corporate travel.
Experience supporting meetings/events or group travel logistics.
Strong working knowledge of travel booking platforms and servicing workflows.
Exceptional judgment, composure, and customer service orientation.
Strong relationship management and vendor partnership skills.

Responsibilities

White-Glove Travel Support/Escalation: serve as a senior escalation point for complex, high-touch, VIP, and sensitive travel scenarios.
Program & Operational Support: support optimization of travel booking processes and traveler workflows; partner on policy implementation and operational enhancements.
Meetings/Events/Group Travel: lead coordination of travel logistics for meetings and group travel; collaborate with Meetings & Events, Procurement, and stakeholders.
Vendor/Technology Partnership: liaise with travel agency/TMC and booking platform partners; identify service gaps and opportunities; support tool testing and rollout.
