Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Corporate Travel Advisor experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS and global travel tools.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international itineraries including air, rail, and ground transport.
• Interpret fare quotes to secure optimal pricing and routing.
• Meet SLA benchmarks and manage a monthly transaction target.
• Utilize corporate travel tools (GDS Sabre, NDC, Booking Builder, Groundspan).
• Coordinate with rate desks to optimize options and policy compliance.
• Maintain passenger data accuracy and data confidentiality.
• Deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Uphold PCI compliance and security guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay industry-certified.
