Job summary

RTX, the world\'s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Global Trade Relationship Manager to lead and govern the GT program for Avionics. This remote role partners with senior leaders, engineering, and product teams to ensure compliant, efficient transfers of goods and data worldwide.

Responsibilities include developing GT guidance, overseeing authorizations, training, and investigations, while aligning with EAR/ITAR and HTS regulations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of EAR/ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%+).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and develop GT compliant solutions across the lifecycle.
• Serve as GT liaison for Avionics segments and leaders.
• Support development and execution of strategic GT initiatives.
• Adhere to EAR, ITAR and HTS regulations.
• Lead licensing and authorizations activities for assigned segments.
• Provide GT training and communications.
• Review transactions under sanctions policies.
