Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Senior Global Trade Relationship Manager (Remote) to lead the Global Trade program for Avionics, ensuring compliance with EAR, ITAR, HTS, and related policies. You will partner with Avionics leaders, engineering, and product teams to align programs with regulatory requirements and authorize technology transfers.

This role requires a university degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years), travel up to 10%, and strong IT and Microsoft

Qualifications

• University degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GT regulations including EAR and ITAR.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and develop compliant Global Trade solutions across all phases of the business lifecycle.
• Serve as the GT liaison for Avionics business segments and leaders.
• Support development and execution of strategic initiatives and Global Trade efforts for technology development.
• Work under EAR, ITAR and HTS regulations.
• Deploy Collins and Avionics Global Trade policies and procedures.
• Support licensing and authorizations activities for assigned segments.
• Support regulatory compliance investigations.
• Deliver Global Trade training and communications.
• Review transactions under Collins sanctions policy.
• Support compliance related to foreign person employees.
