Job summary

Aristocrat Technology is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Lead to join the Global Logistics, Warehouse and Trade team. You will govern and oversee global import/export activities, guiding regional teams and ensuring adherence to global standards, audit documentation, and broker oversight.

The role requires 6+ years in trade compliance or related fields, strong knowledge of HTS/ECCN, FTAs, and regulatory frameworks, plus experience with GTM systems and ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in trade compliance, customs, import/export operations, or related regulatory compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Classification, Free Trade Agreement analysis/qualification, process auditing, and import/export regulations.
• Experience with global trade systems (e.g., GTM platforms, ERP like D365; ACE, SQL) and auditing documentation.
• Ability to interpret and apply global trade regulations; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead, prioritize multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global SME for trade compliance and mentor across operating regions.
• Lead development and refinement of trade compliance policies, controls, and frameworks.
• Act as SME for classification, valuation, origin, export controls, and other core topics.
• Develop, implement, and evolve trade compliance standards and guidelines.
• Lead global trade audits, investigations, and remediation efforts; guide corrective actions.
