Job summary

Aristocrat Technology is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Lead to join the Global Logistics, Warehouse and Trade team. You will provide governance, subject-matter expertise, and oversight across global import and export activities, guiding regional teams and preserving compliance with global standards.

In this role, you will lead the development of trade compliance policies, conduct FTAs analysis, oversee audits, and partner with sourcing, engineering, and regional compliance to optimize duty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in trade compliance, customs, import/export operations, or related regulatory functions.
• Strong knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Classification and Free Trade Agreement analysis.
• Experience with Global Trade systems and ERP platforms.
• Auditing import/export documentation or customs broker performance.
• Ability to interpret and apply global trade regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global subject matter expert for trade compliance across regions.
• Lead development and refinement of trade compliance policies and frameworks.
• Act as SME for classification, valuation, origin, and export controls.
• Develop and evolve trade compliance standards and guidelines.
• Lead global trade audits, investigations, and remediation efforts.
• Identify gaps and non-compliance risks; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain audit records and support compliance reporting.
• Oversee global product classification, including HTS and ECCN.
• Review regional classification decisions for global consistency.
• Support restricted party screening governance and flag issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
• Perform analysis for FTAs and duty savings programs.
• Collaborate with sourcing, engineering、 regional teams to expand programs.
