Aristocrat Technology is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Lead to govern and oversee import/export activities within the Global Logistics, Warehouse and Trade team.

You will provide guidance to regional teams, ensure adherence to global standards, maintain audit records, and lead FTAs analysis to minimize regulatory risk across the enterprise. This role requires strong collaboration with sourcing, engineering, and compliance functions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, intl business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in trade compliance, customs, import/export operations, or related regulatory compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of HTS classification, FTAs, process auditing, and import/export regulations.
• Experience with Global Trade Management systems and ERP platforms (e.g., E2Open, D365).
• Auditing import/export documentation or customs broker performance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the global subject matter expert for trade compliance across regions.
• Lead development and refinement of trade compliance policies, controls, and frameworks.
• Act as SME for classification, valuation, origin, export controls, and other compliance topics.
• Develop and evolve trade compliance standards and guidelines.
• Lead global trade audits, investigations, and remediation actions.
• Identify gaps and non-compliance risks; support corrective actions and remediation plans.
• Maintain audit records and support compliance reporting and benchmarking.
• Provide governance for product classification (HTS, ECCN, country of origin).
• Review regional classification decisions for global consistency.
• Support restricted party screening governance and escalate issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
• Perform qualification analysis for FTAs and duty savings programs.
• Partner with sourcing, engineering, regional compliance to expand program participation.
