Job summary

Aristocrat Technology is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Lead to govern and oversee import/export activities across regions. This role provides guidance to regional teams, ensures adherence to standards, maintains audit records, and supports global product classifications and screening governance.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in trade compliance, strong analytics, and proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts while driving compliant programs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in trade compliance, customs, or related regulatory functions.
• Strong knowledge of HTS, FTAs, process auditing, and import/export rules.
• Experience with Global Trade systems (E2Open), ERP (D365), ACE, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global SME for trade compliance and mentor regional teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of trade compliance policies and frameworks.
• Act as the SME for classification, valuation, origin, export controls, and related topics.
• Develop and evolve trade compliance standards and guidelines.
• Lead global trade audits, investigations, and remediation efforts.
