Maybell Quantum is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager/Senior Manager to own global trade compliance. You’ll be the first dedicated compliance hire, shaping classification, licensing, and end‑to‑end export controls across the US, Europe, and Asia.

You’ll work with operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, IT, and HR, reporting to the President, and help unlock international growth. The role requires hands-on BIS licensing experience, multi‑jurisdictional exposure, and the ability to defend

Qualifications

• 5+ years in export controls or trade compliance with hands-on licensing.

Responsibilities

• Classify products under EAR and ECCNs.
• Determine license requirements and manage BIS filings.
• Maintain licenses for Singapore operations and other regimes.
• Escalate compliance decisions to CEO when needed.
• Partner with IT, Operations, Engineering, and HR.
• Develop export compliance program and training.
