Zusammenfassung

Champro Sports seeks a Global Trade Compliance Manager/Director to lead the company’s import and global logistics compliance program. You will apply CBP regulations, the Tariff Act, EAR, and FTAs to ensure lawful, efficient operations.

You will build a data-driven internal control framework, manage risk, drive audits, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain to sustain compliant, cost-effective growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in trade compliance in a multinational environment.
• 3+ years in a managerial role with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with CBP regulations, HTSUS, and CBP valuation rules.

• Govern and improve enterprise import operations and recordkeeping.
• Lead CAFTA-DR and USMCA qualification and audits.
• Oversee broker governance, SOPs, and valuation compliance.
