Job summary

Hutchinson is seeking a senior Supply Chain leader to manage the SCM team across multiple sites in the United States. The role focuses on defining and deploying group SCM strategies, improving logistics, and ensuring high service levels.

You will oversee customer service, advanced SCM deployment, production and supplier scheduling, and physical flow management while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an automotive and industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• MBA is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of industry experience with 15+ years in supply chain roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Supply Chain team across multiple sites.
• Define and deploy Group SC strategies, standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Lead production scheduling, supplier scheduling, and customer service improvements.
• Oversee transportation, warehouse operations, and physical flow optimization.
• Support risk mitigation and continuity planning for customers and sites.
