Job summary

Hutchinson is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage production databases, generate routine reports, and support safety and KPI communications across three plants. The role emphasizes Excel-driven analysis, PowerPoint presentations, and data transparency for internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate should have 5+ years in a manufacturing admin environment, strong organizational skills, and experience with ERP and production-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 5+ years admin experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• CAP and MOS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update production databases.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Manage OT requests and compile OT reports by area.
• Collect, compile, and distribute safety reports across all three plants.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of safety metrics and incident tracking.
• Develop professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support materials for customer meetings, executive reviews, and board presentations.
• Create clear, visually engaging graphs and dashboards to communicate KPIs.
