Job summary

Voyant Photonics, based in Midtown Manhattan, seeks a Senior Project Manager to own the global supply chain for LiDAR and optical circuit switches. You will manage procurement, supplier relations, capacity planning, and cost targets across North America, Asia, and Europe, from prototype through high-volume manufacturing.

You will drive end‑to‑end supply chain projects, coordinate with engineering, operations, quality and customers, and lead commercial negotiations to ensure on-time, on-cost,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, operations or project management for hardware products.
• Experience scaling complex hardware to volume production with global suppliers.
• APICS/ASCM (CPIM or CSCP) or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain projects for LiDAR and OCS, aligned to NPI milestones.
• Own daily procurement, logistics, PO placement, RFQs, tracking and receiving
• Manage relationships with foundries, OSATs, packagers, and contract manufacturers
• Run S&OP processes, translate forecasts into capacity, inventory plans
• Drive manufacturing transfers, line qualification and yield ramps
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, build dual-sourcing strategies
• Own BOM cost roadmaps and landed cost tracking against targets
• Partner with QA on supplier qualification, PCN management, and SCARs
• Oversee global logistics, Incoterms and trade compliance
• Define KPIs and report to executives and cross-functional teams
