Job summary

Waterpik supply-chain lead role at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. based in Ewing, NJ or China, with 30–50% travel. Translate commercial priorities and brand plans into supply scenarios that protect revenue, deliver OTIF, and accelerate time‑to‑market for NPD.

You’ll partner with R&D, Quality, Launch Management, Plant/CM managers and Commercial to enforce gate readiness, drive cross‑functional solutions, and optimize capacity, materials and CM performance across global networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
10–15+ years of progressive supply‑chain experience in CPG or consumer devices and personal care brands.
Experience managing supply chain in an industry leader electronics devices with CM networks.
Expertise in Asian manufacturing, and manufacturing automation.
Experience in electronics, injection molding, batteries, tariffs & logistics.
Ownership of launches and rapid NPD with cycles under 6 months.
Strong collaboration with Commercial, R&D and Quality.
Advanced digital analytics skills (ERP/MRP, IBP/OMP, Power BI/Tableau, Excel).

Responsibilities

Act as the single Waterpik supply‑chain voice on the Personal Care leadership team.
Translate promotions, launches and channel moves into supply scenarios with trade‑offs.
Own S&OE cadence and publish weekly updates to leadership on service and inventory.
Drive gate readiness for launches with cross‑functional teams.
Govern inventory, capacity & materials and CM performance with accountability.
Partner on CPFR and event readiness to land promotions with minimal deductions.
