Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive supply‑chain experience in CPG or consumer devices/personal care.
• Experience in leading S&OE/S&OP, IBP, and multi‑CM networks.
• Strong expertise in Asian manufacturing and manufacturing automation.
• Experience with electronics, injection molding, batteries, and tariffs.
• Ownership of launches and rapid NPD cycles.
• Collaborates with Commercial, R&D and Quality to shorten time‑to‑market.
• Advanced digital/analytical skills: ERP/MRP, IBP/o9/OMP, Power BI/Tableau, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single Waterpik supply‑chain voice on the Personal Care leadership team.
• Translate promotions and launches into supply scenarios with trade‑offs.
• Present risks and recommended actions to leadership to drive decisions.
• Own weekly S&OE cadence (0–13 weeks, up to 26).
• Publish concise weekly updates on service, launches and inventory.
• Enforce gate readiness with R&D, Quality, Launch Management and CM managers.
• Compress lead times and enable rapid retailer response capability.
• Balance capacity, materials, and working capital across plants/CMs.
• Drive CM performance: service, quality, cost, on‑time delivery.
• Lead CPFR and cost‑to‑serve improvements with Sales and Customer Logistics.
