Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Waterpik supply chain lead to translate commercial priorities into executable supply scenarios across cross-functional teams. The role oversees the global brand and teams in USA and China, with 30–50% travel required.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive supply chain experience in CPG or consumer devices/personal care.
• Experience managing S&OE/IBP, and multi-CM networks with launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the S&OE cadence (0–13 weeks, up to 26) and surface risks.
• Partner with Commercial, R&D, Quality and Planning COE to drive launch readiness.
• Drive inyear gross margin and cost-to-serve levers while protecting revenue.
