Job summary
Church & Dwight is seeking a senior supply chain leader for the Waterpik brand, based in Ewing, NJ or China, with 30–50% travel. Translate commercial priorities into supply scenarios with cross-functional teams to protect revenue, deliver OTIF and accelerate time‑to‑market for NPD.
The role requires 10–15+ years in supply chain, electronics experience, S&OP/IBP and strong analytics. Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive supply chain experience; S&OE/S&OP/IBP experience.
- Strong experience in electronics, personal care brands, and contract manufacturing networks.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single Waterpik supply chain voice on the Personal Care leadership team.
- Translate promotions, mix shifts, channel moves and launch plans into supply scenarios with tradeoffs on service, COGS and working capital.
- Own the S&OE cadence (0–13 weeks, up to 26) and publish weekly updates on service, launches, inventory and risk actions.
- Drive cross-functional solutions to compress lead times and accelerate NPD time-to-market.
- Maintain capacity and materials governance across plants and contract manufacturers.
- Partner with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Planning COE, Procurement and Finance to enable rapid, aligned decisions.
