Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive supply‑chain experience in CPG or consumer devices.
• Experience managing supply chain in an industry‑leading electronics/personal care brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single Waterpik supply‑chain voice on the Personal Care leadership team and translate plans into supply scenarios.
• Own the weekly S&OE cadence and surface risks, frame trade‑offs, and approve actions within thresholds.
• Drive cross‑functional launches with R&D, Quality, Launch Management, and CM teams to accelerate time‑to‑market.
• Maintain governance of capacity, materials, and inventory to balance service and working capital.
• Own CM performance and drive supplier development when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, CPFR and Logistics to land promotions with minimized deductions and optimal cost‑to‑serve.
