Job summary

Ceribell is hiring a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer to bridge US R&D with global CM networks, owning vendor technical credibility across supply chains and post-launch capacity. You will lead NPI, evaluate engineering solutions, and ensure scalable, compliant production across sites in the US and overseas.

The role requires deep experience in regulated electromechanical manufacturing, should-cost modeling, and supplier governance to optimize cost, quality, and delivery while upholding

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required; M.S. preferred.
• Experience with global electromechanical manufacturing and medical devices.
• Strong understanding of FDA 21 CFR 820.50 and ISO 13485 required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global CM management and vendor audits across multiple sites.
• Lead technical RFPs, scope of work, and vendor qualification processes.
• Develop and maintain should-cost models and drive cost-down initiatives.
• Drive NPI industrialization and design transfers to global production lines.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Procurement to align on strategy.
