Job summary

Ceribell, Inc in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to serve as the technical owner of our global vendor network. You will drive NPI, transfer manufacturing to international sites, and ensure supplier processes meet FDA and ISO requirements while scaling for high-volume production.

This senior IC role requires deep experience with contract manufacturers, should-cost analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Procurement to deliver

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or Biomedical Engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in supplier/manufacturing/industrialization.
• 3+ years of direct oversight managing international contract manufacturers and component vendors.
• Experience with NPI lifecycle from EVT to high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority for international contract manufacturing and component vendors.
• Lead NPI and transfer of medical devices to global production lines.
• Conduct should-cost analyses and qualify automation to scale capacity.
• Perform technical audits and line balance assessments on-site during launches.
• Manage ECOs and DCOs and ensure changes do not disrupt supply chain.
• Oversee supplier qualification per FDA/ISO and PPAP.
