Job summary

The Institute of International Education (IIE) is seeking a Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment to lead NYU Abu Dhabi outreach across regions, focusing on Middle East programs. You will develop regional plans, drive applications, and manage operations and budgets for the IIE/NYUAD program.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with NYUAD admissions, and create data-driven reports to guide strategy, travel, and outreach activities year-round.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a global recruitment team.
• Experience overseeing international program operations and budgets.
• Strong data-driven decision making and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the NYUAD program, including budget allocations, personnel, and policy decisions.
• Guides a global team of international recruitment professionals to meet program deliverables across multiple regions.
• Manages recruitment plan development, vendor relationships, and travel planning for outreach events.
• Develops and communicates progress reports on recruitment and application targets to NYU and NYUAD leadership.
• Coordinates onboarding and ongoing training for IIE/NYUAD staff and oversees events and candidate outreach.
