Aurora is seeking a Staff Global Supply Manager - Indirect to lead end-to-end procurement for indirect spend, including software, IT services, and professional services. You will shape global sourcing strategies and negotiate complex agreements that protect Aurora’s interests.

The role partners with Legal, Finance, and Engineering, driving cost discipline and compliant, scalable procurement practices in a high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, with software/SaaS focus.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings or value improvements.
• Strong analytical, cost modeling and TCO skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience in fast-growth technology companies with ambiguous needs.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• SaaS contract structures, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for indirect categories including software and IT services.
• Develop global sourcing strategies balancing cost, risk and speed to market.
• Run RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and negotiate favorable terms.
• Partner with Legal on contract review, risk mitigation and compliance.
• Translate procurement decisions to executive communications.
• Drive adoption of standardized processes and procurement tools.
