Baker Hughes is seeking a Site Sr. Procurement Team Leader in Pasadena to guide a team of Buyers and Global Buyers, develop procurement strategies, and optimize fulfillment for the IET Valves business.

You will partner with materials planning, manufacturing, and finance to meet operational goals and drive supplier performance. The role emphasizes leadership, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration across direct and indirect spend, with focus on risk mitigation and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong sourcing and supplier development experience.
• Proven track record in leading procurement teams and driving supplier performance.
• Knowledge of Control Valves, Safety Valves, Controllers & Actuators a plus.
• Experience with casting, machining, welding, fabrication, buyouts and special processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site buyers and fulfilment teams to drive procurement strategy.
• Develop and implement supplier performance improvement plans.
• Own and monitor P-2-P processes and fulfillment KPIs.
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, and finance to align procurement with business goals.
• Drive risk reduction from sole source situations and optimize supplier base.
• Provide frontline coaching and maintain strong supplier relationships.
