Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with leadership experience, global sourcing expertise, and proficiency with AI tools and MS Office. Medical device industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain/sourcing, including 3+ years of people management.
• Global sourcing experience with Asia focus.
• Experience in medical device industry preferred.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP/CIRM certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates sourcing procedures and proposes improvements to leadership.
• Analyzes procurement costs and develops cost-reduction strategies.
• Assesses supplier spend for consolidation and favorable terms.
• Drives purchasing decisions using cost, scenarios, and market trends.
• Negotiates contracts including costs, service and quality terms.
• Develops should-cost models to target cost reductions.
• Maintains vendor partnerships and strategic sourcing relationships.
• Leads QBRs with strategic/underperforming suppliers.
• Explores new sources and vendors for reliable supply.
