Job summary

JCW Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Procurement Leader to own the supply base for a medical device company in Northern New Jersey. You will shape supplier strategy, drive savings, and lead a small team focused on day-to-day purchasing and supplier metrics.

You’ll select and develop suppliers for new products, consolidate spend with stronger partners, and build a contracts framework from the ground up while collaborating with project teams across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management, mainly on direct materials.
• Medical device or pharma experience, including supplier quality and ISO requirements.
• Clear communicator who can present BOM status and cost structures to project teams.
• Collaborative, hands-on and comfortable wearing many hats.
• ERP experience is a bonus.
