Job summary

AMAX, a global GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure provider in Fremont, seeks a Senior MIS/SAP Manager to lead the MIS development and optimization to support organizational objectives. You will partner with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and drive continuous improvements while managing vendor relations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading MIS or software teams, 7+ years in ERP/MRP DB design/implementation, and strong SAP S/4 HANA experience. Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or a similar field.
• 5+ years managing MIS or software teams.
• 7+ years designing/implementing ERP/MRP DB solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems.
• Translate user requirements into database/software designs.
• Implement new features based on business processes.
• Create project plans from internal and external requests.
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements beyond fixes.
• Resolve customer support issues and train the MIS team.
