Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV to join the Global Screening Operations (GSO) team in Tampa. You will collaborate with the Sanctions Escalations unit to ensure accurate data submissions for screening and to uphold a robust, controlled sanction screening program.

The role focuses on reviewing OFAC/sanctions alerts, meeting cutoffs/SLAs, and supporting research efforts to maintain an audit-ready environment across 7x24 operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with sanctions, AML, or client screening processes.
• Ability to review sanctions alerts and support data submissions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review OFAC/sanctions related alerts and coordinate with global team.
• Ensure cutoffs and SLAs are met and provide staff feedback.
• Monitor control environment across technical, financial, and operational processes.
• Support sanctions screening research and related duties.
