Job summary

CenTrak seeks a seasoned Senior Global Product Owner to lead the RTLShardware and firmware lifecycle, translating clinician workflows into scalable, reliable solutions for healthcare environments.

You will drive a value-based roadmap, collaborate with engineering and operations, and lead VOC initiatives to continuously improve product performance and customer outcomes across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8+ years of product ownership or management experience with hardware/firmware.
• Healthcare tech experience and RTLS/MedTech desirable.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Ability to lead cross-functional hardware initiatives and meet milestones.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% across North America.
• Experience interfacing with clinicians and translating workflows into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RTLShardware and firmware products, ensuring performance, scalability and clinical reliability.
• Drive a value-based product roadmap aligned to CenTrak’s priorities and real-world healthcare challenges.
• Leverage data, VOC, and field feedback to refine priorities and roadmap direction.
• Maintain and prioritize a global backlog focused on customer impact, business value and feasibility.
• Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, efficient execution and timely delivery.
• Lead VOC efforts across clinicians, administrators, and operational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMO, supply chain, quality/regulatory, sales, services and marketing to enable adoption.
• Sustainment strategy to minimize disruption and improve field performance and lifecycle efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance CenTrak’s RTLS platform and differentiation.
• Define and track product performance metrics and communicate progress to leadership.
