Job summary

CenTrak is seeking a seasoned Senior Global Product Manager to lead RTLShardware and firmware development, bridging customer needs, field insights, and business strategy to deliver high-impact outcomes. In a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, reliable product solutions.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, shape the roadmap, maintain a global backlog, collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, sales, and services,

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in product ownership/managment with emphasis on hardware and firmware development and sustainment.
• Healthcare technology knowledge; RTLS or MedTech experience desirable.
• CSPO or equivalent certification; strong Agile experience.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary hardware initiatives and meet milestones.
• Experience translating clinical workflows into actionable product requirements.
• Strong communication, executive presence and stakeholder management; travel 25–35%.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RTLShardware and firmware products, ensuring performance, scalability and clinical reliability.
• Drive a value-based product roadmap aligned to CenTrak’s priorities and real-world healthcare challenges.
• Maintain and prioritize a global backlog focused on customer impact and business value.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure clear requirements, efficient execution and on-time delivery.
• Lead Voice of Customer efforts with clinicians, administrators and operational stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing reliability of deployed solutions.
• Drive sustainment strategy to minimize disruption and optimize lifecycle efficiency.
• Travel to customer sites across North America to gather feedback and ensure field alignment.

Qualifications:

6-8+yearsofexperienceinproductownershipormanagementwithastrongemphasisonhardwareandfirmwaredevelopmentandsustainment,ideallyinhealthcareenvironments.

Solidunderstandingofthehealthcaretechnologylandscape;RTLSorMedTechexperienceishighlydesirable.

ProvenexpertiseinAgilemethodologies;CertifiedScrumProductOwner(CSPO)orequivalentcertificationpreferred.AbilitytoworkwithinaPhaseGateprocessforNewProductDevelopment.

Demonstratedabilitytoleadmulti-disciplinaryhardwareinitiativeswithaprovenrecordofachievingprojectmilestones.

Experienceinterfacingwithclinicalprofessionalsandtranslatingclinicalworkflowsintoactionableproductrequirements.

Abilitytoconductproductdemosandconveysolutionvaluetoleadershipandotherstakeholders.

Persuasivecommunicationskills,executivepresence,thoughtfulstakeholdermanagement,andpolishedpresentationskillswithaglobal,cross-culturalperspective.

Abilitytomakedate informeddecisionsinambiguoussituationsandbalanceshort-termneedswithlong-termstrategy.
