Job summary

CenTrak is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end hardware and software initiatives for healthcare RTLS. You will collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations to ensure on-time delivery, balancing scope and timelines with Agile practices.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across geographies, driving continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in software and hardware project management with Agile.
• Use Jira to track team progress and productivity.
• Perform well under pressure, adapt to change, meet deadlines.
• Select, adapt, and apply Agile software development methodologies.
• Self-starter with ownership and results orientation.
• Big-picture thinker balancing people, technical and business needs.
• MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Excel) and Atlassian tools.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving; innovative in execution.
• Excellent decision-making; ability to lead cross-functional groups.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for hardware and software using Agile methodologies (SAFe, BML).
• Partner with engineering, product, hardware design, QA and operations to align scope and timelines.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resources across concurrent workstreams; RAID logs.
• Drive incremental development to ensure interoperability between hardware and software.
• Track status, milestones, and KPIs for leadership.
• Promote Agile maturity and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and external partners as needed.
• Manage project budget including capitalized development costs and external spend.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality standards throughout lifecycle.
• Develop complex project plans using MS Project.
• Foster commitment, team spirit, resilience, and trust.
• Encourage best practices to boost productivity and quality.
• Track and report on project and team performance metrics.
