The position entails managing senior client relationships, overseeing risk and financial performance on engagements, and mentoring teams of tax professionals. A strong background in federal tax and mobility-related compensation is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of federal tax experience with employer benefit strategies.
• CPA/EA/JD/LLM or advanced designation preferred; may require within one year to obtain.
• Experience with corporate taxation and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage senior-level client relationships.
• Oversee engagement risk, billing, collections and budgets.
• Mentor staff and contribute to market activities outside the firm.
• Coach and mentor tax professionals and participate in internal/external seminars.
