KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice. The role involves collaborating with Tax, Audit and Advisory teams to provide compensation, benefits, or HR services to clients.

The position entails managing senior client relationships, overseeing risk and financial performance on engagements, and mentoring teams of tax professionals. A strong background in federal tax and mobility-related compensation is essential.

Qualificações

• Five years of federal tax experience with employer benefit strategies.
• CPA/EA/JD/LLM or advanced designation preferred; may require within one year to obtain.
• Experience with corporate taxation and partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements and manage senior-level client relationships.
• Oversee engagement risk, billing, collections and budgets.
• Mentor staff and contribute to market activities outside the firm.
• Coach and mentor tax professionals and participate in internal/external seminars.
