KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice in Boston, MA. You will manage client expectations and delivery of expatriate tax services for corporate clients, develop relationships, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities include creating and reviewing tax equalization and international assignment policies, reviewing expatriate tax returns, mentoring staff, and coordinating resource allocation; Senior Manager duties add leading special

Formación

• Minimum five years expatriate or individual tax experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, or Enrolled Agent, in addition to others on KPMG’s approved credential listing; one year to obtain if none at hire.
• Prior work experience at an accounting firm.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Senior Manager: minimum seven years expatriate or individual tax experience; proven ability to build and manage client relationships.

• Mentor and coach staff
