Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking aSenior Corporate Counsel, Global Litigation & Regulatory Disputes in a hybrid role based in the San Mateo area. You will manage a diverse portfolio of regulatory inquiries and complex litigation spanning the Americas and global matters, coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel to deliver practical, timely solutions.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-approved school, active bar status, and 10+ years of related experience, with a track record

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience in regulatory inquiries, investigations, and complex litigation.
• Proven ability to lead responses to RFIs and investigations across jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Lead responses to government and regulatory RFIs, inquiries, investigations across the Americas with global support.
• Develop response strategies and work plans, assess risk and deadlines for each matter.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, Product, Engineering, Finance, Public Policy, Communications.
• Oversee outside counsel; manage budgets and ensure practical, business-aligned advice.
• Provide clear litigation guidance and risk advisory across global markets.
