You will orchestrate complex schedules across time zones, manage travel and meetings, and act as a communications hub across the Legal, Public Policy & ESG teams. A tactful, discreet professional is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant executive-support experience.
• Strong presentation design capability with impact.
• Ability to manage complex schedules across multiple time zones.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Handle a complex calendar for the General Counsel; coordinate meetings and travel.
• Ensure timely information flow, obtain signatures and manage correspondence.
• Submit expense reports for the General Counsel and department.
• Process outside counsel invoices and communications for the GC.
• Represent the Executive professionally in meetings and calls.
• Liaise between the Executive and Sony groups, vendors, and contacts.
• Provide logistical support for department meetings and events.
• Publish team travel and holiday schedules and locate team members as needed.
• Serve as a knowledge base for processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with EA counterparts and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Continuously improve processes to reduce time and cost.
