Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Global Litigation & Regulatory Disputes in a hybrid role based in the United States. The position requires JD, active state bar admission, and a minimum of 10 years of experience handling regulatory inquiries and complex litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead responses to RFIs and investigations, manage outside counsel, and advise business stakeholders on evolving regulatory risks.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA‑approved law school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to RFIs, inquiries, and investigations from authorities with cross‑jurisdiction coordination.
• Manage global litigation and regulatory risk initiatives with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Develop litigation strategy and oversee discovery, settlements, and appeals where applicable.
• Provide timely, practical advice on regulatory and litigation risks to leadership.
