Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead global sales, business operations and LATAM legal matters. You will advise leadership, negotiate commercial agreements, manage LATAM issues in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and collaborate with regional and outside counsel.

The role requires 12+ years of legal experience, in-house gaming/tech exposure, and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese. Hybrid work in CA/LA; relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience at a gaming/tech/entertainment company.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global legal team supporting GSBO and LATAM.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on sales, distribution, marketing, and consumer matters.
• Advise senior leadership and cross-functional partners on regulatory issues in LATAM.
