Job summary

Cresa is seeking a leader to manage end-to-end real estate transactions for a complex portfolio on behalf of corporate clients. The role directs internal teams and external partners in lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and strategic disposition actions to maximize client value.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial analysis capabilities (NPV/IRR), robust negotiation skills, and proven project management experience in industrial and office settings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Office and industrial real estate experience required; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate transactions including site selection, financial analysis, contract negotiations, zoning and entitlements, and site development.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Incorporate client business drivers, market intelligence and challenges to optimize value and terms.
• Prepare and review documents such as PIFs, market reports, RFPs, LOIs, and value opinions.
• Analyze cash flow, NPV and IRR to advise clients on strategic decisions.
