London Approach is seeking a Director of Transactions Management to lead complex commercial real estate deals from due diligence through closing in the Dallas area.

This senior role requires 10+ years in CRE transactions, 5+ years in leadership, and a proven ability to mentor teams, streamline processes, and collaborate with investment, finance, legal and operations to mitigate risk and accelerate deal timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• 5+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Strong understanding of the full transaction lifecycle and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of complex real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Lead transaction processes from due diligence through closing and post-close.
• Manage physical and financial due diligence including environmental assessments, title, surveys, leases, and financing documentation.
• Mentor and develop a team of transaction professionals.
• Collaborate with investment, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure successful transaction execution.
• Manage timelines, closing requirements, and potential risks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and implement scalable workflows.
• Serve as a key resource to senior leadership regarding transaction progress, priorities, and risk management.
