• 10+ years of CRE transaction experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and/or debt financing.

• Lead acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions from deal approval through closing and post-close onboarding/offboarding.
• Oversee due diligence, documentation, approvals, milestones, and governance standards to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, closing risks, and cross-functional challenges.
• Drive automation and AI-based solutions to increase efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Advise senior leadership on deal status, risks, and operational readiness.
