Job summary

Cresa Dallas is seeking a Project Manager to plan, allocate resources, and manage a project from start to finish, reporting progress to stakeholders. You will review RFPs/RFIs, develop detailed schedules and budgets, and lead the project through completion within budget and timeline constraints.

The role requires experience in design/construction and strong communication skills to collaborate with client teams and internal service lines. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Architecture, Engineering or Construction as a PM or in a similar role.
• Ability to prepare and track capital budgets.
• Flexible with work hours and travel as needed.
• Experienced, self-motivated, customer-centric and results-oriented.
• In-depth knowledge of the design and construction process.
• Proven track record of success delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Capable of working independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proficiency in developing scope requirements for project proposals.
• Experience with vendor contracts and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Client/people skills to lead pitches and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide guidance to team members on draft RFPs/RFIs.
• Create more complex schedules, budgets and project plans using Smartsheet and Excel templates.
• Run projects from start to finish with minimal assistance.
• Understand the real estate leasing process and contribute to favorable redline edits to LOIs, work letters, and lease documents.
• Actively participate in team and client objectives to meet targets and goals.
• Identify potential issues early and propose creative resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and service lines.
• Assist in developing and implementing innovations, best practices, and SOPs to elevate performance.
