JLL is seeking a Project Management Director to serve as the US/Global project management account leader for a dedicated account team managing a large portfolio on behalf of a key strategic client. The Project Director will lead a team responsible for planning and executing a variety of project types, from interior fit-outs to complex ground-up construction, across a national platform.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of direct experience in real estate project management leadership.
• Experience leading teams within a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to build consensus, influence outcomes and manage complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional full-service project management for the client across their national portfolio; guide team members to provide elevated levels of service.
• Grow and manage key client and account relationships; manage conflicts to amicable resolution.
• Achieve required KPIs while meeting high standards for delivery and communication.
• Attract, develop, retain, and fully manage a team of geographically dispersed PM professionals.
• Coach team members in standard procedures and best practices.
• Drive a Trusted Advisor culture throughout all levels of the team.
• Oversee project management team’s implementation and execution throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage vendor, consultant, and project team performance to ensure compliance with all requirements.
