You will mentor engineers, partner with labs and agencies, and help shape compliance strategy across multiple markets while maintaining Hayward's standards for safety, performance, and regulatory integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related sciences.
• 5+ years in regulatory compliance or product certification.
• Experience with UL, CSA, NSF, IEC in global settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage global certification and regulatory compliance projects for pool products.
• Lead safety, performance, and energy testing from concept to regulatory approvals.
• Mentor and develop compliance and product design engineers in regulatory processes.
• Advise engineering leadership on regulatory requirements and compliance strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement of compliance practices across Hayward’s sites.
• Represent Hayward in industry forums, standards committees, and external audits.
