Hayward Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Compliance Engineer to drive global product compliance initiatives, ensuring our products meet safety, EMC, performance, regulatory, and material compliance requirements across markets.

Based at either Clemmons, NC or Atlanta, GA, this role provides strategic and hands‑on leadership, mentors engineers, and partners with agencies to strengthen certification processes and compliance infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related sciences
• 5+ years in regulatory compliance or product certification
• Experience leading certification activities for UL/CSA/IEC in a global environment
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and Agency Data Acceptance Programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage global agency certification and regulatory projects for recreational products
• Lead product safety, performance and energy efficiency testing from concept to approval
• Mentor compliance and design engineers in testing methodologies and standards
• Advise on regulatory requirements and compliance strategies with engineering leadership
• Maintain comprehensive compliance records and documentation
• Collaborate with international test labs and external agencies for approvals
• Provide guidance through all agency certification phases to ensure timely delivery
