Pentair is hiring an Engineering Regulatory Compliance Manager for the Sanford, NC site to lead the product regulatory compliance function across pool and spa equipment. You will establish strategy, infrastructure, and documentation controls to ensure safety, energy, and environmental compliance for domestic and global markets throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Materials Sciences.
• 10+ years of experience in product regulatory compliance, safety and related roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support objectives.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the Regulatory Compliance team for domestic and global markets.
• Define and execute product‑compliance strategy for new development, changes, and market expansion.
• Establish scalable compliance infrastructure, controls, templates, and dashboards.
• Lead product certification activities with agencies/labs (UL, Intertek, TÜV, NSF, FCC, IEC).
