Pentair is seeking an Engineering Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead the product regulatory compliance function for pool and spa equipment in the Sanford, NC area. You will design, certify, and maintain compliant products across domestic and global markets, coordinating with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Sciences.
• 10+ years in product regulatory compliance or related roles.
• 5+ years managing regulatory teams or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance team and drive deliverables for domestic and global markets.
• Define and execute product‑compliance strategy for new development and legacy products.
• Establish scalable compliance infrastructure, dashboards, and documentation controls.
• Determine applicable regulatory and certification requirements for pool and spa products.
• Lead certification activities with UL, Intertek, TÜV, NSF, and other bodies.
• Translate standards into engineering requirements, test plans, and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify risks and meet timelines.
• Manage regulatory‑impact assessments for design or supplier changes.
• Ensure certified products, labels, and technical files remain audit‑ready.
• Monitor regulatory changes and drive corrective actions.
