Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality assurance/leadership experience in a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience translating business needs into governance and systems requirements.
• Commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide global governance for Post-Market Surveillance data, analytics, and reporting.
• Lead the global PM Surveillance operating model across franchises.
• Translate requirements into policies, procedures, and implemented plans.
• Oversee methods for identifying product signals and adverse events.
• Collaborate with data scientists on analytics and AI capabilities.
• Ensure governance of data quality, validation, and change control.
• Drive automation and standardization across processes and tools.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to align priorities and actions.
• Support PM Surveillance submissions, audits, and regulatory responses.
• Establish governance with vendors and monitor performance.
