Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager, Post-Market Surveillance Governance to lead global governance of PM-Surveillance processes, data, analytics, and reporting. The role coordinates cross-franchise programs, drives regulatory readiness, and ensures scalable, compliant execution across business units.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related work experience and 5+ years in Quality Assurance within regulated industries.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide global governance for Post-Market Surveillance processes, data, analytics, and reporting.
• Lead the operating model across franchises with compliant, scalable execution.
• Translate requirements into policies, procedures, and system implementations.
• Oversee signal detection, trending, and regulatory documentation.
