Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Post-Market Surveillance Governance to lead global governance, analytics, and reporting for MedTech post-market activities. You will drive an enterprise operating model across franchises, ensuring regulatory readiness and timely signal detection.

You will translate requirements into policies, oversee vendor relationships, and guide CAPA-driven improvements while partnering with Medical Safety, Regulatory, Clinical, Engineering, Quality and Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related area; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of related work experience in regulated industries.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in medical device/drug sectors.
• Previous supervisory/people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide global governance for Post-Market Surveillance procedures, systems, data, analytics, and reporting.
• Lead the MedTech Post-Market Surveillance operating model across franchises.
• Interpret requirements and translate into policies, procedures, systems and controls.
• Oversee methods for identifying, analyzing, documenting, and escalating potential product signals.
• Support data scientists and teams in developing analytics tools and AI capabilities.
• Ensure governance of data quality, validation, and change control.
• Drive automation and harmonization of processes with best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders on surveillance priorities and regulatory submissions.
• Provide governance for vendors supporting post-market activities.
