Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Post-Market Surveillance Governance. Located in Cincinnati, OH, this role can also be located in Danvers, MA, Irvine, CA or Raritan, NJ.

The position leads end-to-end governance of PM surveillance processes, systems, data, analytics, and regulatory reporting to ensure readiness and timely signal detection. The role partners across franchises and functions to harmonize processes, drive automation, and deliver compliant post-market outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years related work experience.
• 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in medical devices/pharma or other regulated industry.
• Proven leadership and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage remote-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide global governance for Post-Market Surveillance data, analytics, and reporting.
• Lead the operating model for surveillance across franchises with risk-based execution.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical policies, procedures, and controls.
• Oversee signal detection, complaint trends, and post-market surveillance plans and reports.
• Support data scientists in developing analytical tools and responsible AI capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and documentation of analytical methods.
