Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our PCC team in Denver, in a hybrid role with three days in the office. You will design and administer HR policies, advise managers on staff development, performance reviews, and compensation, and help shape our global commerce strategy.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HR or business, knowledge of EEO and FLSA, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information and multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and administration of HR policies and salary administration.
• Counsel managers on staff training, performance reviews, compensation, promotions.
• Communicate HR policies to employees and managers.
• Investigate employee issues and gather relevant information.
• Ensure compliance across all locations.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding paperwork.
• Provide HR guidance for salary reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.
